No way to have some connection problems...i have the same.
Sometimes (and sometimes only with BT but it doesn't work without it..) you get a message on my phone to enable bluetooth. No idea why it happens sometimes.
The preflash works fine since day one.
Also, to upload a preflash file, you can do it from the 1.1.0.4 version (now it is 1.1.0.5). All the supported preflashes are available on that version..

EDIT: since 1.0.3.0, the serial number of the ECU (still) has to be saved with the.inf file.
also, to get the diag. mode, you have to do a extra step:
- press the button of the ECU (then the car will restart)
- press again the button of the ECU (and then it will reboot the car)
- the first time, you have to go in the calibration mode (by pressing 9 on the keyboard)
- after pressing 9, you will enter in the diag mode
- you can change the calibration mode by pressing 6
- the first time you have to enter in the calibration mode by pressing 9
1. When "Reset ECU" button is selected, there will be no new data loaded and will be overwritten with the default data.
2. Only 4 of the pre-configured channels can be used as the IMMO can only read 16 channels at a time.
3. The IMMO only knows the ECU version it has.
4. The IMMO will be overwritten if you delete the pre-configured data and attempt to load the default data.
5. The IMMO will not read from unconnected devices.
6. The IMMO will not work with some ECUs that are not supported by the 1.x series. For example, the first generation BMW 3.0 and 3. 01e38acffe
